Description

Our top hat door hanger has many uses, it can be used as a Frosty hat, a leprechaun top hat or Uncle Sam hat. This is a door hanger that can be painted on both sides for a two in one door hanger. Paint one side as a snowy frosty hat and turn it over in March and paint it as a St. Patrick’s Day leprechaun top hat. What fun, and how cute!
