Description

Meet Penelope Tinkerspigot.  She is the newest and only female of our gnome family group. She is wearing a dress and has long braids. We just love her and since she is going to be so fast and easy to paint we are sure you will too. Think of the display you can have at shows or in your shop, pick Gnorbitt, Smiggles or Belvin and add Penelope in the 18″ sizes, then add in some 12″ and 6″ sizes and you have a whole family unit!
